Signature Cutting Board
Our most popular board, and for good reason.
Hand-built from strips of American walnut, hard maple, and cherry, the Signature is designed around a rhythmic three-wood stripe pattern that runs the length of the board. Each species brings something different: walnut's deep chocolate brown, maple's creamy blonde, and cherry's warm red that deepens into a rich reddish-brown over the first year of use. Your board will literally be more beautiful in a year than the day it arrives.
Finished on both sides, so you can flip it when one side is busy. A generous 11" × 19" working surface with a full 1" thickness — heavy enough to sit still while you work, light enough to move to the sink. Finished with food-safe mineral oil and beeswax, and every board ships with care instructions to keep it conditioned.

We have 3 styles of cutting boards available, walnut and maple, cherry and maple or walnut, cherry and maple. All come in standard 11X20 size. You choose the wood pattern you like and you can also add a juice groove, feet and custom engraving
